Rotoscoping is amazing for learning the natural movements of things. I've tried it before to get the feeling for stuff.

Yours looks phenominal. I've never tried with basic colors. It seems to actually make it better.
But just to see, could you pick out a color for your dog, and maybe 1 more for the color. I'd like to see how this looks colored.

That's really cool and I did the exact same thing with people walking and doing stuff, turns our strangely awesome everytime and it's something you could really use in a Flash animation and get people amazed.

Looks awesome!.. But I guess it gets pretty hard if you're trying to trace a complex scene as an animation.. And that dog on my page is from Full Metal Alchemist (an anime). During a comedy scene, he (pretty sure it's a he) was misbehaving, so his owner - a good marksman - shot at the wall surrounding him to get him to "surrender" :P

My sister saw the compliation you made, she saw it like 2473378 times!! She really loved your animations.. and she is very crtitic and knows a lot about color, desing, etc.. She wanted me to tell you that :D

She is a desinger in clothing, and textiles. I remember she worked with some animators when she did a desing for a therapeutic room for children/babys with sleeping problems... So, how was Illustrators Australia's animation night? must have been supah cool showing your animation in a big screen? :D
