Nice Work
I like this, it tells a story, it's simple, and everything moves quite well.

Come up with an Idea first
Here's the best bit of advice I can offer you. Come up with an idea first, then start drawing. Stick figures can be awsome, their not the problem. The problem is you have two characters looking at each other saying, "what do you wanna do?", "I don't know what do you wanna do?" I think if you get an idea of some sort then get stuck in you cant go wrong!
At least it was better than episode 1, but yeah, your generally right. I'll get a better idea next episode.
Put in some more time
This is it's current state is hard to watch, I reckon you should spend time on smoothing things out so we can follow the action, maybe lower the frame rate. Crusty stick figures and ideas off the top of your head are great, it seems like something pis funny i around the corner...
Yeah, I know what you mean. I just noticed too that my frame rate was a bit too high. I guess I'll lower it to 15 fps.
Thanks for the review.
Animation is the imagination laid bare for all to see, our own personal constructed realities shared with others, story telling in it's purest form, or just a bunch of funny shit drawn for people to laugh their arses off to. It's all good.
