That was an interesting effect. It had some sort of psychological effect on me though, I don't know why but it all felt like staring into an inkblot and seeing the most beautiful thing in the world... Symmetry..... so symmetrical and neat......
Uhm, yeah. Sorry. I have a thing for symmetry, plus it sort of reminded me of how I draw; I often tend to draw countless symmetrical shapes in various ways until they morph into a familiar figure. Oh and thanks for the Hertzfeldt toon as well.
yeah, I know exactly what you mean. I love the power symmetry has over people, it makes anything seem powerful and meaningful. I do the same kinds of abstract symmetrical drawings in my sketchbook all the time too, most of my characters come from this kind of play. I don't know whether to be happy to know that you share my interest in this, or sad because I'm no longer unique... :3

"I'm a monster" was that in theaters in the U.S. do you know? looks really cool, i love that kind of animation, 3d is fun, and i do enjoy a lot of the movies that are out in 3d, but fantastic mr. fox, lion king, spirited away n' what not.
